The Lazy Girl's Stirfry

Oh man, sometimes there's nothing like a lazy meal made at home. I'm almost ashamed to post this, because it is so lazy, but why not? We've all been there. Right?

The Lazy Girl's Stirfy:
1 bag stirfry Veggies - this is the lazy part
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 cup brown rice - also lazy because it's Trader Joes Microwaveable (90 second)
Siracha, Black Pepper, Salt (or soy sauce/tamari) to taste

1. Heat the oil in a wok (or other large surfaced pan), over medium high heat.
2. When oil is hot, sautee the vegetables. At the same time, cook the rice.
It will look something like this when it is done:
3. Put rice in the bottom of a bowl. Top with your veggies. Drizzle on some siracha. Eat and enjoy.
Healthy, quick, easy, and extremely lazy.

Feeling less lazy?
Grate in some ginger, garlic, chop an onion. Sprinkle with red pepper flake, add some cashews, chicken or shrimp, etc etc.

My Lazy Girl's Stirfry is lecker. I hope your's is lecker too.
